Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. viral the child is suffering from acute gastroenteritis (either viral or bacterial) examination is needed by the doctor for need of antibiotics. can give probiotics like econorm / sporolac / enterogermina one c two times as per dr's recommendations. give easily digestible food. ors to bec given if loose motion is in more quantity to prevent dehydration and ensure adequate glucose level in the body.

You should avoid giving milk to your baby rather than normal milk you can give soya milk. Try to give very light food so it will be easy for you baby to digest it.
