my 10months old has this type of tiny lil red pimples under his mouth, is this cold sore ? he doesn't have fever after getting this. should I consult paediatric for this !?

Dermocalm lotion is an anti itching formulation to treat mild itching conditions such as sunburn, eczema, rashes, poison ivy, Chickenpox, insect bites and stings. It contains Calamine and light liquid paraffin. Light liquid paraffin is used as emollient to prevent dryness of the skin.
