I had my legs waxed and had this typ of pussed pimples applied t bact ointment how can I get rid of this asap?? will this lead to fever??

Continue using Tbact ointment, T-BACT OINTMENT is indicated for the topical treatment of primary and secondary bacterial skin infections as follows: Primary Skin Infections: Impetigo, folliculitis, furunculosis and ecthyma. Secondary Infections: Infected dermatosis e.g., infected eczema.
