Q.
my 10mnth old son was suffering from an infection & his tonsils had swollen....it's been 4days since anti biotic medicine amoxyllin had been started. his fever has left since last 2 days. however his appetite has greatly suffered. he still refuses to eat anything liquid or mashed ...how can I increase his appetite & when can I expect him to eat normally?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. loss of appetite is common after illness.. try to give clear liquid, soft n easy to digest food to ur baby in small quantity more often.
increase breast feeding.

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello try giving mild and warm fluids and slowly the baby will be able to reciver completely and will be able to get back to the normal which should not be a problem..it would definitely take some more time for baby to recover not to worry about
