my 10 months baby had her mmr vaccine first dose before 10 days. today she had lite fever.is it due to vaccine or something else

If the fever has to happen it happens after the vaccination not after 10 days of vaccination I am quite certain it is because of the seasonal change or your child has gotten an infection from somewhere so that is why the child is suffering with fever not because of vaccination
