my 10 month son has rainy nose and sneezing from last 15 days I have given him coriminic syrup now I should I do now he his refusing food and have some allergy on his body for allergy

I think it could be because of allergy only already because since it has been two weeks and continue with the medication if your doctor has advised you to otherwise get an allergy test done for your child for better clarity and in terms of food you should give more of liquid to the child it’s easy for them to swallow and digest and be very happy with it during this time
