My 10 month old baby has diaper rashes because of frequent bowel movements. Suggest something. I have tried every cream nothing works

A. frequently get rashes.. maintain hygiene use Mamy poko wet wipes my suggestion will be to use Mamy poko pants style diapers.. these are comfortable on baby sensitive skin
