my 10 month baby was vomitting and diarrhea for 3 days , doctor prescribed oral suspension and emeset syrup for vomiting but diarrhea was not stopped and vomit stop for one day and today again he vomiting everything even water ,, he felt very tired and he not eating any food and avoiding feed also
