A. Hello good evening !! Babies start responding or reacting by 3-5 months with social smiles ,giggling ,eye contact,reacting to sounds. By 9-10 months they can observe sighs like waving hands saying Hai,bye ,asking for holding them ,trying to hold ,catch things,giving ,taking things with commands , As the baby is 10 months old keep doing these ,if you observe the baby is not giving direct eye contact or not responding,check with the Doctor.
