Q.

My 10 month baby has cold and cough .. I am already using alcof junior but not yet recovered...could anyone suggest a medicine or syrrup for this ?

A. you have to meet the doctor again because a follow will be required to assess the condition of the child. the doctor will tell you whether there will be same medicines to be be be continued or whether there will be change in medication for the child. also it will help in understanding the improvement of the child
