my 10 month baby girl is doing potty soon after every feed she will do 4 times per day can u please help me and she is just 8kg I'm worried about this

If it’s only after the food or feed both that you’re giving to the child then probably that’s due to indigestion since the body is not accepting anything everything is coming out and that’s why the child is not gaining weight you should consult your doctor regarding this
