my 10 days baby boy having some red rashes and found in the morning..is it daiper rash...please help me anybody

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. please apply siloderm ointment on the rashes Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination of the baby physically and if there is need to do any investigations if required
