my 1 yr old is biting every one and every thing. he even bites his hands, he is grinding his teeth. I'm worried. what to do??

Hi it's common during the teething phase.. give your kid chilled silicone based teething rings or toys, frozen fruit slices of cucumber, carrot banana, papaya to chew on.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth
