my  1 year old recently had a fever and she recovered from the fever in 1 and half days. but after that she is very sleepy and dull and cranky. very rarely she smiles. all day she sleeps it's been 3 days since she recovered from the fever. anything to be concerned. solids she take two times day. otherwise she is breastfeeding well and urine output is good.her wake window is very less. like 40 minutes.do I have to take her to doctor?
