my 1 year old bsby is pooping 3 to 4 times a day with softs stoolsor sometimes loose stools i had given entrogermina and zincomac syrup for a week but still not improved what should i do

give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more.
avoid giving heavy food items for now.
keep your child well hydrated
and if your child is playful , isn't showing any discomfort ,then no need to worry about it.
