ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist3 years agoA. Hi. no problem.. kids usually get their complete set of 20 milk teeth upto the age of 3 years.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth to facilitate eruption of remaining milk teeth

No do not worry about it every thing is into the place a child Gaana Wich First Di by any time completing the age of 17 months so this is completely fine for the child Pichle is having absolutely right timing for Got It and 1 is completely fine as per the age
