Q.

My 1 year old baby doesn't want to eat his food instead he is more interested in what we are eating.we are giving same food to child what we eat, only the difference is baby food is mashed or grinded. what to do ?

A. As the child has turned 1 year it's high time to give finger foods and healthy well balanced diet to meet the demands. Don't give mashed form as the child support ability to chew will delay further.

A. Then You give it to the child what you are eating in the same form that you are ready if your child is able to do little bit or swallow little bit like small small bites and try to give regular food to the child on regular format only because maybe a child is not liking it in the manner you are giving it
