SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl3 years agoA. Hi, firstly start giving snacks like carrot sticks, parathas, Dosa to eat to Baby by it self. Initially they’ll make a mess but then start enjoying the food and gradually you can start giving lunch and dinner also to Baby to eat by itself. Start with smaller quantities in about gradually can increase the quantity. By this way baby will start learning to eat and also baby will start enjoying the food. Try different food. Make a timetable so that you can cover different type of veggies, fruits, pulses. Anything which is home-made you can give. Include drinks like buttermilk, fresh fruit juice, coconut water.
