my 1 year baby getting on and half fever up to 102 since yesterday but he is active I'm giving paracetamol for every 6 hours

A. good afternoon c I would request you to give medication at proper intervals if possible you should try to visit your pediatrician it is a possibility that the child is suffering from some infection
