My 1 year 2 month old daughter passing hard stool from the past 1 week and the color seems dark greenish.No new food item introduced in this past 1 week time.Luke warm water giving continuously..Still problem exists.Giving Nan pro 3, Cerlac as supplements.

A. hi, do give him more fiber-rich fruits and vegetables and drinking more water will help in constipation. you should avoid giving biscuits, banana, maida food to avoid constipation. tc
