my 1 year 10 month baby got sudden fever 101.8 I cleaned all her body with hot water & gave her paracetamol paediatric oral suspension ip even this precautions baby is not getting fever down

A. cold sponging is preferred and a damp cloth on the forehead in addition to paracetamol sixth hourly Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
