my 1 n half months baby got scary rashes what to do?

Hello ma’am Try applying Cetaphil lotion twice a day for a week and see if the rashes subside completely and do not reappear then it is very well and good but if you do not see any change within a weeks time then it would be better that you please consult your paediatrician ones regarding the same
