my 1 month old girl has redness around her anus... now I feel like redness is spreading to other parts too... I have been applying siloderm... but it is still increasing...

I suggest you please consult with your pediatrician about this matter because physical examination of child is important for proper diagnosis and treatment
please keep your child cool and dry and maintain hygiene properly
