my 1 month old baby crying while urinating and frequent urination some times her urine culture shows e.coli bacteria and doctor advised to take taxim o antibiotic for 1 week is it safe is should I worried about this infection

A. please take the medicine according to the doctors advice kfor further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
