my daughter has got fever and UTI and the culture shows e coli growth.Took cephpodoxime proxetil for 10 days and symptoms subsided .we took again urine culture and it shows kleibsella overgrowth

A. There could be number of reasons behind this so it is going to be better for you to check with your doctor what is the reason of increment or overgrowth of this and what kind of precautions and medicine is going to be important
