my 1.5 year old getting fever.. first getting fever for 3 days then go away.. again after 2 days getting fever?? reason sny explanation?

A. dear mom. might be he was not recovered fully previously. please give him syp pcm for fever n keep a watch on body temp. Give him lots of rest n offer more liquids.
