My 1.5 month baby boy is passing watery stools from past 6 days and sometimes it's yellow sometimes it's green and sometimes the poop looks like phati phati. I am giving him formula and pumped breast milk.

A. The picture shows this is completely normal there is nothing wrong with it so I’m just going to advise you to consult your doctor if advised you get a stool test done for the child then you can proceed with that for better clarity
