My 1.4year old baby is getting fever every 15days since 2monrhs.Doctor gave paracetamol nd moshal l syrup. It hot cured. now after 15days again her temp is 101f.i m really worried

A. can be gas issue. Gas can cause discomfort to baby . Give only mother milk to baby , avoid use of bottle feeding or formula milk . burp baby after every feed for 20 minutes by keeping baby upright on shoulder. You can do cycling motion of the legs and also massage tummy gently in morning . Can give gastica drops 1ml to baby for gas. Coliky pain is maximum at night time and and makes the baby cry whole night and disturb sleep . give drops meftal spas or colicaid 0.5 ml at evening or night time .
