Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, you must take paracetamol , cold medicine, cough syrup, colic pain medicine, and also carry thermometer, and supplements as well if any prescribed by the doctor. Etc.
Rest noting to be worried about. Just feed little less than usual so that baby's digestion goes well. Good luck and take care
