mu daughter is 6 years old she is suffering from a lot of dry cough after cold , now her cold is fine but dry cough is not going it has already been 4 days what to do , and how long will it last

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy11 months agoA. recurring and non resolving cough and cold is commonly due to allergy and less likely due to infection. can be due to either allergy or infection or both. alonzg with cough and cold medicine nebulization will be required and your doctor will guide you regarding this. take a follow up with your doctor if the cough and cold is not improving with 3 days of medicatiozn .
it is very important to give proper inhaler as well as proper method of nebulization for better recovery
