AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Just clean the eyes with soft cotton cloth dipped and squeezed in water from outside.. These are chemical free and tear free soaps . It will not harm your baby. So no need to worry. Take care and all the best
