Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Eye Redness is commonly seen because of some allergic condition , infection or any trauma which needs proper exeamination. if it is associated with some discharge it could be infection but no self medication should be used.

You Please get it checked with an eye specialist the doctor only can tell you as to what is the right reason behind it and the eyedrops will be advised to you accordingly before that if you need to just keep cleaning the eyes of the child with cold water that is definitely going to relieve the pain and irritatio
