#Motherhood#AskTheExpert hello mam... mere monthly cycle irregular h... most of 3 to 5 days upr hote h but is bar 6 days ho chuke h what should I do??please help me.

A. agar one week delay ho to urine pregnancy test kijiye.. irregular period could be because of change in hormone levels.. change in sugar levels, blood pressure, thyroid level.. consult the doctor..
