U Start with Dal water at one time and rice water at one time or you can give Dal rice water one time and one time you can give vegetable purees make sure that you’re giving 5 to 7 Teaspoons at one point of time and gradually only you can increase the quantity of food because initial time you just have to give it for tasting ..
So you can go for vegetable purée fruit purée and all kind of healthy foods like Suji Kheer Anupama quinoa oats ragi all these things you can give to the child from the very beginning
