Morning sir,my son is 4 months and 20 days old.his born weight was 2.5 kg and his current weight is 6.5 kg.his growt was little slow and we measured his weight 10 days ago this was 6.5 kg and we measure his weight todays this is same as past.from last three days he don’t feed properly like 10 minutes or less.so what should we do now
