morning I'm liyanshi's mother, please can you advice me how to increase my breast milk supply?

Uma RamMom of 2 children4 days agoA. Hello good morning !! For increasing breast milk supply include lactating foods in regular diet.
Milk,dairy products, rusk,bread toast ,papaya ,
chikoo,poppy seeds paste in curry ,garlic in curries ,garlic milk(boiling milk with 6-8 crushed garlic cloves for 10-15 minutes strain and have it weekly once or twice for immediate increase of milk production).
