more than 2 days my baby boy was affected with red pimples ,I apllied him neem leaves still it not cleared or cured , He is 1 year 5 month ,what was the solution?

You can definitely try using a mixture of coconut oil and Kapoor e because this is a very good combination that you can use and it is going to be and this is going to be helpful in reducing down the problem otherwise if needed please check with your dermatologist as well
