monthly once my one year baby will get starting vomiting then she not eating well why ??

A. at times it happens when the baby is being over feeded please manage the meal time properly for your little one as it will be helpful in proper digestion apart from this feed in small quantities it will be very helpful

Last week night she had vomiting from 3 am and in morning till evening once she vomitted then after checking our paediatric she was fine and was not eating well for few days then started eating normal. now again after a week she vomitted once now. is it a concern to worry.
