A. Hello dear parent! Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby for better health, nutrition and hydration. As long as your baby is active and healthy, passing adequate urine a minimum of 6 to 8 times in a day then nothing to worry. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
