mom of 7 months baby... stopped breast feeding for a week due to covid... now started pumping am getting only 200 ml of milk for a day... even tried power pump.... is it possible for relactation?

A. hello dear, if once stop feeding milk ducts are getting drying , but once you start feeding baby it will again form, the more you express or feed baby more milk will form.. take healthy and nutritious diet and plenty of fluids.
