mom of 6 month old: can I take sunflower lecithin as I have been having recurring clogged milk ducts and it's nightmare each time I get it. I found sunflower lecithin helps in preventing it. my baby is 6 tomorrow. or should I take medicine to stop lactation that my doctor suggested after seeing my pain and difficulty?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi, Lecithin help in clogged milk ducts, but it would be good to consult your own treating doctor for same.. allowing your baby to fully suck the milk completely from one breast before switching to the other breast
