Q.
Mom of 2yr 5month old baby still breast feeding . My question is i am suffering from pain on and off on manubrium sternum. If take a hot pack i get relief but whenever i wash my head after some time i feel heaviness over that region and mild pain VAS 4-5

Now your baby is more than two years old and it totally depends on your choice till what time you want to continue breastfeeding because it is totally safe to start giving outside milk to your baby. Rather than this in such case you should definitely consult with Dr about it
