hi doctor my question is ..is it effects on baby which breast feeding mother eat?

Well to quite an extent yes but not fully as doctors on this platform also say that what you eat does not affect your child so you can eat all kind of food that’s healthy to be eaten because that’s overall good for you and producing healthy milk for your child
