mom of 1 year old..my kid has cold and cough for past couple of days.. giving her nasal drops and steam..no fever as of now..is there any other medications that I can give for her inorder to reduce the cold, running nose and cough.. please suggest

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. Use steam inhalation. Steam will not shorten the length of the cold, but it will reduce the inflammation in the nasal passages and help to breathe better.
Nasal congestion can be relieved with a few drops (1 or 2) of eucalyptus oil + coconut oil application on the chest.
