MMR vaccine cause for autism?? cause for speech dealy

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 4 m old boy1 day agoA. Hello! I don’t think there is any link found between these two things that is the MMR wax and causes autism or speed delays. The concern of an arises as the first symptoms of autism and speech delay become noticeable at the same age that the first dose of MMR is given. So when I confirmed with my doctor, he said there is nothing to worry about.
