take calcium rich diet like Ragi , nuts, dairy products etc more
avoid drinking RO water.
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
don't sit or stand for long period.
take support while sitting and place pillow between your legs while sleeping,it will help to get relief in pain.
try heating pad like Babyhug heating pad for this.
