AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Have shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm. The more you feed the more milk production will be there. Have mothers horlicks with warm milk twice a day to improve lactation. take care and all the best
