mihika had fever I gave her 10 ml calpol 250mg syrup at 4.45 pm and again at 9 pm. is this frequency harmful? please advise

Ma’am you should have given it at 10:45 after completing the time of six hours please add this time that paracetamol has to be given in the gap of six hours not before that if the temperature was rising you should have done but next time when you give it please make sure to maintain a gap of six hours
