A. Hi mom Get ur thyroid checked. Start with the exercise after six months of delivery. Do yoga. Surya namaskar aasan will help u shed extra kilos from your body.. Avoid high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. Drink plenty of water in a day to flush out excess toxins from the body. Have warm lemon honey water daily to detox.
