meri ladki ki 2 din pahele bukhar hua tha, medicine Dene ke baad temperature normal he but aaj se kuch bhi nahi kha rahi he na hi pani pi rahi he. Uski munh k ander kuch safed safed type ka utha he gale k pass. please advise what to do
